Life in London, Plants

Kew Autumn

I thought it might be time to finally share some photos of my life in London- the life that happens outside of the house.

When I left Germany, my work friends gifted me with a year’s membership to Kew gardens.

This autumn isn’t the first time I’ve visited, but it’s definitely been one of the most spectacular.

If you’re someone who’s bizarrely uninterested in glowing leaves and gorgeous trees, then this might not be the post for you.

Also, this post has a fair amount of me (yes, selfies, good god!), and one of my favourite of all the peoples, Chiara:

I thought about writing something about our adventures, but to be honest, I’m still feeling a bit of the creative drain from COVID times. So I think it’s just going to be an issue of ‘letting the photos speak for themselves’. Something about 1000 words?

I feel like all I can say about these photos, is that Chiara was scared of the geese, an I have decided to live my life as a goose.

We did also manage to go inside the greenhouses, but I didn’t get many shots. Mostly because the tropical climate immediately set my camera in to fog mode.

Also, outside had MUSHROOMS!

That’s it for the photodump. See you (more regularly) in the new year!
